Hi, I’m Arturo Pradera, Branch Manager here at Alterra Home Loans. I have been a resident of the wonderful city of Las Vegas for 22 years. Proudly attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas where I completed a Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Accounting.
During my time in the mortgage business, I have built many strong relationships with clients, realtors, escrow agents, and others in the real estate industry. I am a proud member of the Membership committee of the Nevada Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).
Buying a home is usually the largest purchase a person will make, therefore it can be a stressful process. My number one goal is to make the home buying process as smooth and gratifying as possible for the buyer.
I always inform my clients upfront of the buying time frames, interest rates, and funds needed to close on the purchase (or refinance) of their home so that there are no unpleasant surprises during or at the end of the process.
