I have been in the Real Estate/Lending business for the past 25 years. I sold Real Estate in Hawaii for 15 years. I worked very closely with my lenders during that time and I know how valuable a good loan officer is to completing a transaction in a timely and competent manner.

I have been in the Mortgage Lending business in Las Vegas for the past 12 years and have completed many transactions of all kinds; FHA, VA, Conventional, Down Payment Assistance Programs. I maintain a good relationship with my processor, underwriters, title officers and the Realtor. My cell is on 24/7 and I will answer or respond to you very quickly.

My office is located in the Northwest area of Las Vegas but Alterra Home Loans maintains an office in the Henderson Area and I can meet you at either office at your convenience. We can also do much of our business via email and fax if necessary.
