Terri was raised in a small community in the Mid-Willamette Valley outside of Salem, Oregon. She attended Oregon State University and is a dedicated OSU Beaver fan. In 2001 she and her then 7 year old daughter, Maile, moved to Las Vegas for a new beginning.

A bookkeeper at a discount drug store chain for many years in Oregon when moving to Las Vegas she decided to take a (what she believed) a slower paced, less stressful receptionist position at Countrywide home loans.
She quickly was promoted to the closing department, then to a loan processor and eventually a loan officer. Terri has now settled into her loan officer position and is licensed in both Oregon and Nevada.

The knowledge she carries with her from her past positions allows her to bring a wide perspective to the loan process which in turn benefits her clients through their home buying experience.  With ten years under her belt she strives to provide a partnership that is seamless with integrity, and open communication throughout the home loan process to all parties involved.

Her philosophy remains simple, communication usually deters misunderstandings and confusion, when in doubt communicate.
