Prior to beginning his banking career, Roy was a disk jockey at the number one rating Spanish radio station in Los Angeles.
Upon his leaving the Spanish radio station, Roy began his career in 2001 in the residential lending area, focusing on single family and multi unit properties.
Before joining Alterra Home Loans, He was a co-partner of one of the top producing mortgage broker firm in the San Fernando Valley. His Mortgage lending focused mainly on single family and multi unit loans.
